Unexposed presents its new guerrilla film screening series, Out of Frame, presented during Third Friday Durham and free to all. Four short films will be projected off the back of a yellow Kei truck in an alleyway of downtown Durham from 8-9pm on a loop. The total runtime of the film program is 20 minutes and will run three times from 8-9pm. Below is the list of films/filmmakers that will be featured on September 19 2025!

Single Frame is back for its 4th year with two free film screenings at Shadowbox Studio in Durham, NC on April 6, 2025 at 5:30pm and 7:30pm! The first screening will feature short documentaries by filmmakers Lucy Adams, Lananh Chu, Rebecca Shapass, Georg Koszulinski, Laura Kraning, and Jean-Jacques Martinod + Bretta C. Walker. The second screening will feature filmmakers Michelle Trujillo, Josh Weissbach, Magdalena Bermudez, Hugo Ljungbäck, and Jean-Jacques Martinod + Bretta C. Walker.

Single Frame is a showcase of experimental documentary shorts in Durham, North Carolina. Situated around Full Frame Documentary Film Festival, Single Frame aims to shed light on non-traditional documentaries in a time when big-budget industry docs are hitting the Durham scene.

SINGLE FRAME 2024
Single Frame is back with two free film screenings at Shadowbox Studio in Durham, NC on April 7, 2024 at 5:30pm and 7:30pm. We’ll be presenting the lost 2020 program that was cancelled 4 years ago due to covid. We struggled with the idea of bringing back Single Frame because we knew that it couldn’t exist without Full Frame Documentary Festival, but now that Full Frame is back in person, we knew Single Frame had to make a comeback along with it!
